The leader <em>is<\/em> a structural element. Their emotional state, communication patterns, decision habits, and tolerance for ambiguity are all embedded into the organisation&#8217;s daily operating rhythm.\n              <\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 16px 0; font-family:Arial, sans-serif; font-size:16px; line-height:1.85; color:#2c2c2c;\">\n                When a leader creates resonance through enthusiasm, clarity, and psychological safety, people flourish and perform. When a leader creates dissonance through anxiety, frustration, or unpredictability, people disengage.
